In this 2-day workshop, we will have the opportunity to gain an understanding of the 7 Major Chakras.

The workshop is designed for both personal information, to help elevate your radiate self … and a way to nurture your clients, using the knowledge you will be learning put into a reflexology session to use either as a singular session or in addition to an entire Reflexology session.

Chakras are wheels of energy throughout the body that relate to different emotions & physical area within the body.

When we are able to bridge our inner world and our outer world, we can then move with much more grace & ease through our journey of life … which is a powerful tool for planetary growth as well. It starts with us!
